How to opt in
Customers opt in by entering their name and mobile number in the chat widget on our home page and ticking the consent box, which is not pre-checked. There is no other way to opt in. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers, and we do not add anyone to this program who has not ticked that box themselves.
What we send
Replies to your questions, quote and estimate follow ups, install appointment confirmations and reminders, review requests, and occasional promotional messages such as seasonal offers. A typical message reads:
Light With Ignite: your on-site lighting estimate is confirmed for Thu Nov 6 at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Light With Ignite: game day is Saturday! Switch your lights to team colors from the app, or call (385) 254-1868 for a quote. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Frequency, cost and how to stop

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We send one confirmation and then stop.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
